Looks don't matter!

People say looks don't matter. It actually really does, I mean lets be truthful here. If some new kid walked into school with dirty clothes or dandriff in their hair, you judge them on how they look but you know, that's how humans think. We always say like don't judge or I'm not going to make fun of them. The majority of us do in the end but some don't and I am proud of those people because people can have really great personalities. Like for example, I am really really shy. Like too shy. I try to say hi and I talk to people but I guess I just don't have the confidence in myself to do so. My friends are all actually really outgoing, ironicly. I guess they got under my skin and opened me up. :) So people like me just don't have confidence. Like some people try to hide themselves. Like one friend of mine, she is quieter than me! That sounds really quiet but thats how quiet she is. She hides her face with her bangs and wont speak up in class and wont eat at lunch because she thinks she is overweight. I was the one who started to talk to her in english class and she turned out to be a really cool person. Well thats personality wise. Looks..... I am too skinny. I am in 8th grade and I weigh 80 lbs. Everyone says "oh you're so skinny, I want your body" or "I am too fat I want to be like you". And I am unhappy with my weight. You might think but its better than being overweight. Well its also unhealthy to be underweight. When I go to swiming parties, you can see my ribs. I eat but it never works. I have an unhealty diet and it gets worse. I cant fit in clothes properly. I cant fit in skinny jeans, they are baggy on me. But thats just the body I have. :) So the what I am trying to say is try to be happy with who you are! People say things! You have to ignore them and be who YOU want to be!!! :D

Hush, Hush book Review!!

If you guys need a book or can't find a book and are interested in fantasy fiction, this is the book you have been waiting for!! I am not a book reader, period. It takes a really good book for me to read. And not just read it, to also finish the book!! LOL. I pesonally just read like 60 pages of a book and give up. Yep, that is lazy me for ya.

Anyways, this is a best-seller by Becca Fitzpatrick. This series contains 4 books. Those books are Hush, Hush, Cresendo, (which I am currently reading) Silence, and last but not least Finale. These books are on the more expensive side but, it is worth it. :D

The first book ,Hush, Hush, is mainly about a girl named Nora who has a regular life like all other high school girls. One day in Biology class, the seating arrangment suddenly changes. Vee (Nora's best friend) switches seats with a guy. His name is Patch. Patch gave Nora an uncomfortable feeling. Coach (the teacher) gives an assignment that consists of getting to know their new partners. Nora and Patch talk. When Patch starts talking with Nora, he knows everything about her. She wonders who he is and why he knows everything about her. Later on in the story, Nora feels an emotional connection between her and Patch, even though he has a dark, scary, and unknown past. Could they ever be in love?

I encourage you all to read this series! It kept me turning the pages and I never put it down. It will keep you wanting more and more. When I finished the story, I begged my mom to get me the other books everday 'til it was at least 5 times a day. Hahaha Then I got yelled at. I love this book so much I left it at school over the weekend and I nearly died in the inside. Sometimes I even feel pathetic that I am obsessed with this book so much. I read the Hunger Games and this book is soo much better. XD I hope they make a movie!! That would be awesome!! :O hehe now I will have Hush Hush posters allll over my room! Well now I am going to read my Cresendo now. (THAT I JUST GOT YESTERDAY SOOOO EXCITED) Bye bye now! <3

Band Festival

So yesterday on September 16th, I got to perfom with a high school marching band! (I am only in 8th grade) It was so exciting!! All of the 8th graders got to perform the songs Johnny B. Goode and Sweet Caroline. Which were extremely easy. But at the festival there were marching bands from all over and they came and performed. It was really fun and there were raffle tickets. I didn't get anything of course. :'( Anways we had to be there 2 hours early to practice with the high school and we end up being there all day. :/ But it was worth it and I figured out that I want to be in marching band. (I play the flute) The weather was a little bit chilly but not too cold. Although it was cold enough to give me a soar throat. :p Oh well! hahaha :)

Halloween!!

I know it is only September but Halloween is coming up next month!! I love Halloween, it is like one of my favorite holidays!!!! I don't love it just for the candy but, for the dressing up part! When I was little (like every other little girl) I liked to be all cute. Then I went to wanting to dress up a scary person. Now as I got older, I want to be something unique and/or creative. One year I went trick or treating with this one girl and she was a fat old lady. She had like the padding underneath her night gown for the fat and she had curlers in her hair. Which was a grey wig. And she had a sign that said missing dog, last seen on my lap. But you see the funny part was that a stuffed animal dog was stuck to her butt. Hahaha I still laugh at that today. XD She has inspired me to be funny, and creative with my costumes. So this year I am going with a close friend of mine and she wants to be 80's girls. So, I was like okay that is cute... ok I will do that. Then my mother pulled out Thing 1 and Thing 2 shirts!! (things from Dr. Suess Cat and the Hat... I think?) So then I was like OMG lets get blue afro's and be thing 1 and thing 2! But she wants to be an 80's girl. So, she came up with a plan to be 80's girls for half the time and the things for the other half. So I said okay but, it just seems to complicated. So I have no idea what to do and I also wanted to be Cat women... long story.... anyways if you have any unique or creative ideas for us, tell me! She wants to be all cute and I want to be different. So besides that stuff I am soo pumped for Halloween!

I'm a huge Jenna Marbles Fan!

I am sure that everyone has heard of youtube. If not... you have not lived!! hahaha Jk Jk Anyways, I can not stop watching her! If she were to read this...I...would....die! She is one of my role models to be funny and live life to the fullest!! One of my favorite videos is Landshark. You must look it up right now!! Go! Go! Go! I still remember the day I first saw her. Here is how it went... (btw this is the video I first watched - How to Avoid Talking to People you don't want to talk to-) ... first reaction.. oh well she is pretty. 10 seconds later.... WOOOW..... That was interesting. I LOVE HER -goes to watch more- So that is pretty much how it went. She does curse (a lot) so I do not recommend for younger people!! President Poster

One day for our American Cultures class, we had to pick a president from their photos, not their information. So as you can see I picked Franklin Pierce. (who was the 14th president of our country) And I did not know he had a DRINKING PROBLEM!!! Our teacher gave us this packet of the presidents with their "nicknames" you could say. His nickname is The Hero of a Well fought Bottle. Yes it is bottle, I did not spell it wrong. :) And we had to put at least 5 photos that go along with his nickname. So, I didn't want to be inappropriate and put a bunch of whiskey and beer bottles all over my poster then get expelled for encouraging alcohol. Then I went to see my teacher and asked him what to put down for my poster. He said oh, you know... alcohol and stuff like that. My reaction.... okay??? thank you? Well after all it turned out pretty good with the help of my cousin!! So, yeah that's my story!! :D Come back for more updates weekly!!
